These Terms govern your use of Olomir. By using the app, you agree to them.

Using Olomir

You may use Olomir for your personal life management. You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for the content you record and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Your content is yours

What you create in Olomir — entries, notes, to-dos, goals, habits, chats — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it.

By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely in order to provide the service to you, including sending it to model providers for AI features as described in the Privacy Policy. This licence goes no further than running the app requires, and it ends when you delete the content or your account.

Olomir itself — its name, design, code, and branding — belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property law.

The free experience

An eligible first-time account receives a free stretch of Premium; the exact number of days is shown in the app. Eligibility is determined using both the account and the device, to prevent repeated claims. The experience requires no payment method, does not create a subscription, and does not charge automatically. When it ends, the account simply returns to the Free plan. You do not need to cancel anything.

Subscriptions

Olomir offers a Free plan and optional Premium subscriptions billed by Apple, either monthly or every three months.

  • A subscription starts charging immediately when you explicitly purchase it — including if your free experience still has time remaining. Unused experience days are not credited toward the purchase.
  • The exact localized price and billing period are shown in the App Store before you buy. Prices vary by region, and any figure shown on this website is in USD for reference only.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you selected until you cancel. You can manage or cancel them at any time in your Apple account subscription settings.
  • Deleting your Olomir account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple account settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policy.
  • We may adjust future pricing with notice and subject to Apple's rules.
  • The price you pay is the one shown in the App Store at purchase. If you resubscribe later, the price shown at that time applies.

Acceptable use

When using Olomir, you agree not to:

  • use it for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
  • upload or transmit content that infringes the rights of others or is plainly harmful;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, break into, or disrupt the app and its infrastructure;
  • use the app to generate or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content;
  • bypass usage limits by automated means, or maintain multiple accounts to get around them.

Disclaimer

Olomir is provided "as is". The AI assistant can make mistakes; it is a helper, not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise), and should not be the sole basis for a consequential decision. AI responses are generated by third-party model providers, and we make no guarantee as to their accuracy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Olomir;
  • our total liability will not exceed what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose;
  • we are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or third-party service failures.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

You can delete your account in the app at any time; what happens to your data is described in the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
